Our guarantee
We redo it
We guarantee our work. If you are not happy with the finish when you see it, we will put it right and redo it. Everything is done in our own workshop, so there is no third party to argue with about who is responsible.
Our own workshop
The lathe, the booth and the oven are all in one unit in Larkhall. Nothing is sent out.
Collection and return
We collect across central Scotland and bring the wheels back balanced.
Guaranteed, or redone
If you are not happy with the finish, we redo it. No argument and no third party to blame.

Why we can offer it
Because the whole job happens under one roof. The lathe, the blasting, the coating booth and the oven are all in our unit in Larkhall, and nothing is subcontracted out.
A shop that sends wheels elsewhere cannot make this promise cleanly, because when something goes wrong there is a second company involved and a conversation about whose fault it was. Here there is no second company. If it is not right, it is ours to put right.
What we would rather do instead
Catch it before it leaves. Every stage is checked before the wheel moves to the next one, which is the whole point of doing it in sequence rather than in a rush.
Wheels are also inspected when we collect them, so anything we find that was not visible in your photographs is raised and priced with you before work starts. Nothing turns up on an invoice after the event.
A guarantee matters most when it is never needed. It is there because things occasionally go wrong, not as a substitute for getting it right.
What a guarantee cannot cover
No finish is permanent. Diamond cut lacquer has a life, road salt is relentless, and a wheel that meets a kerb after it leaves us has met a kerb. Those are not defects in the work.
There are also limits to what any refinishing can achieve on a particular wheel, and we would rather set that expectation before you commit than have you disappointed afterwards.
Before you commit
We publish what refinishing can and cannot do, honestly, so you know what you are getting before the wheels are stripped rather than after.
What to expectCommon questions
- What exactly is guaranteed?
- The finish and the workmanship. If the colour is wrong, the coating is uneven, or the wheel does not come back the way it should have, we redo it.
- How do I raise it?
- Ring the workshop and tell us. You will be speaking to the people who did the work, not a call centre or a franchise head office.
- Does it cover new damage?
- No. A fresh kerb strike, a pothole or damage from fitting after the wheels have left us is new work rather than a fault in ours. We will tell you plainly which one we think it is, and we would rather look at it than argue about it over the phone.
- Do I have to prove anything?
- No. Bring the wheel back and we will look at it. Everything was done here, so we already know what was on it when it left.
Tell us what the wheels need.
Leave your number and what the wheels need, or message us on WhatsApp. You can also call 01698 640 171. Either way we come back with what the work involves and how long it takes.
